• You represent that you have appropriate consent (including where required, prior express written consent).
• You must honor opt-out requests (e.g., recipients replying STOP). The Service may automatically process opt-outs.
• You are responsible for message content, targeting, and compliance obligations (e.g., TCPA and similar rules).

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

• Paid features may require an active subscription.
• Payments are processed through our payment processor (e.g., Stripe).
• Subscription pricing, billing intervals, and plan limits may change; we will provide notice where required.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Politexting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
